Constable Hlanganani Nxumalo faces 8 counts of attempted murder after shooting out a wheel of a road user causing the car to swerve into incoming traffic and seriouslu injuring 8 persons. He forms part of the MEC for Social welfare's VIP Protection. The MEC has portrayed absolute arrogance about the incident and said its not his problem.
